Mark Holden brings over 40 years of hands-on leadership in luxury hospitality, spanning four continents and a diverse portfolio of five-star hotels, resorts, and boutique lodges. His career has taken him from London’s prestigious Savoy Hotel Group — including icons like Claridge’s and The Connaught — to top-tier roles in Washington D.C., Hong Kong, Mauritius, Kenya, and South Africa.

Mark is a people-first leader, known for his sharp operational acumen, eye for detail, and deep respect for cultural context.
